How to make a weekly booking?


For example, you want to book Exhibition Boards on Sunday in May 2008 from 7:00pm-10:00pm.
  1. Login to the ebooking system at http://www.jcihk.org/ebooking/

  2. After login, click the BOOKING link on the top menu bar.


  3. Select the date by clicking the calendar on the top-right.


  4. Click the correpsonding "box" for Exhibition Boards at 1900.


  5. Select Weekly in Recurrence Pattern and click the Sunday chekcbox in Repeat Weekly, choose event type, enter the event name and choose your booking date and time, then click Next.


  6. You can add other facilities on step 3 and click


  7. Comfirm your booking and click at the bottom to checkout.
