Send a Net, Save a Life.
Nowadays, there is 45% of the world’s population live in areas at risk of malaria transmissions, 91% of all malaria deaths are in Africa. Children and elderly are the most vulnerable to malaria, from 2008 to 2014, around 1 million people die from this disease every year; in 2015 the number dropped to 400,000. Malaria not only kills people, but also destroys the future of developing countries by striking national and regional economics.
JCI forms “JCI Nothing-But-Nets” project since 2008, and commit to raising public awareness of malaria and raising funds to donate directly to the “JCI Nothing-But-Nets” project.
