Developing Leaders for a Changing World
JCI CREED
We Believe:
That faith in God gives meaning and purpose to human
life;
That the brotherhood of man transcends the sovereignty of nations;
That
economic justice can best be won by free men through free enterprise;
That government
should be of laws rather than of men;
That earth’s great treasure lies in human
personality;
And that service to humanity is the best work of life.

ONE for ALL
ONE for ALL is the theme and mission of 2026. It embodies the essence of being a Global Active Citizen: every individual’s dedication fuels collective progress.
For 75 years, this selfless spirit has inspired generations of members to create Impact to the society, from leadership training to global sustainability initiatives, living the JCI Creed “Service to humanity is the best work of life".
As young leaders in a new era, we must champion this legacy by replacing fragmentation with unity. By leveraging our strong global network, mainland connections, and government support, young leaders in JCI Hong Kong, China are uniquely positioned to pioneer social changes; we transform "ME" into "WE".
In 2026, this theme calls us to bridge generations and borders, proving that true leadership lies in empowering others. As JCI’s mission states: when we develop leaders who create positive change, we build not just a better Hong Kong, but a more resilient world.
AIESEC is an international nonprofit run “by young people, for young people.” The organization offers an avenue for individual development and cross-cultural understanding through opportunities like volunteering and interning abroad. As the world’s largest business organization, the ICC shares our mutual goal of ensuring peace and well-being through socially responsible business and entrepreneurship. The organization represents more than 45 million companies in over 100 countries and provides resources that enable JCI members to participate in community-building commerce locally, nationally and internationally.
Aiming to empower the world economy through smart investing, the WBAF works across borders to create financial resources for entrepreneurs.
