Dear Members, Partners, and Friends of JCI Hong Kong, China,

As we step into the dawn of 2026, I would like to extend my warmest New Year greetings to you all on behalf of Junior Chamber International Hong Kong, China. The beginning of a new year is a time of reflection and renewed hope, and I am deeply honored to begin my journey as your 2026 National President. I look forward to a year of growth, collaboration, and meaningful impact alongside each and every one of you.
This year’s theme, “ONE for ALL,” reflects not only our direction but our shared belief that unity magnifies impact and that every individual’s dedication fuels collective progress.
For over 75 years, JCI Hong Kong, China has stood as a beacon of leadership and service. Generations of Jaycees have transformed challenges into opportunities, living our timeless creed that “Service to humanity is the best work of life.” From pioneering youth empowerment projects to launching initiatives that address sustainability, inclusion, and innovation, our members have continuously turned vision into action.
“ONE for ALL” is more than a yearly slogan; it is the shared mission that will guide JCI Hong Kong, China in 2026 to develop leaders who create positive change for our city and the world. By turning individual strengths into collective impact, we aim to build a stronger foundation for the next decade and beyond.
JCI Hong Kong, China’s strong network connects us across generations, across chapters, and across borders—from our close ties with JCI members around the world to our deepening partnerships with the Mainland and local communities. These connections empower us to amplify our influence and redefine leadership for a new era. Being “ONE for ALL” means embracing every opportunity to serve, lead, and uplift one another—transforming “ME” into “WE.”
As young leaders, we have a duty to pioneer change, to create sustainable projects that make a tangible difference, to nurture emerging leaders who will carry our legacy forward, and to inspire hope where it’s most needed. Leadership is not about standing above others; it’s about empowering others to stand with you.
Let us step into 2026 with courage and conviction, guided by the spirit of unity that defines our organization. When we act as one, there is no challenge too great and no dream too distant.
