Another remarkable new year has commenced, and I congratulate all the NOM Officers, LOM Presidents and their officers who are now in office. 

“One for All” is the theme and mission for 2026. It embodies the essence of being a Global Active Citizen: Every individual’s dedication fuels collective progress.

As young leaders in a new era, we must champion this legacy by replacing fragmentation with unity. By leveraging our strong global network, mainland connections, and government support, young leaders in JCI Hong Kong, China are uniquely positioned to pioneer social change; we transform "ME" into "WE".

In 2026, this theme calls us to bridge generations and borders, proving that true leadership lies in empowering others. As JCI’s mission states, when we develop leaders who create positive change, we build not just a better Hong Kong, but a more resilient world.
